Panda Security has released a series of 1.3 for Cloud Antivirus products by adding several new features and contains many improvements, mainly bug fixes. The company intends to create a cloud version of Panda Antivirus for free. This free edition will get an automatic update starting from version 1.3. This feature previously only available in paid version. This may be easier for users, because prior to this feature, users who want to upgrade haru do manually uninstall the old version.Actually, the most important new features of Panda Antivirus 1.3 is Cloud Web filtering component, which utilizes the threat intelligence service companies to block malicious websites. However, this function is actually available through a browser toolbar, which is bundled with antivirus and can be checked during the installation process. Toolbars can also be downloaded and installed separately. This feature can be at work in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Features recycle bin and quarantine have been united for easier management and several new detection counters have been added. Through its official page, the developers plan to offer the new version automatically to users who still use Cloud Panda Antivirus 1.1 or 1.2. In the meantime, users can manually do the upgrade to 1.3.
